Standard non-custom models are generally prepared in about 7-10 days. CT-SJK360 is generally about 14 days. Custom project timing depends on scope and quantity.

Assemble and integrate
Complete mechanical assembly, electrical installation and the agreed software or interface configuration.
Test the machine
Run function checks, continuous operation tests and a final inspection against the confirmed configuration.
Pack for dispatch
Protect the finished machine for outbound transport and provide the applicable startup and support materials.
No on-site installation required for current machines
Machines arrive ready for use. After delivery, connect the power supply configured for the order and follow the startup guide. Manuals and startup videos are available for the current core models.

One-year machine warranty
Current models have a one-year warranty for quality-related parts. Consumables, wear parts, human damage, incorrect voltage and improper operation or maintenance are excluded.
Two-year cotton candy burner warranty
The burner assembly on current cotton candy models has a two-year warranty for quality failures. The same misuse and freight conditions in the written warranty policy apply.
Lifetime remote technical support
Chinese and English support can include manuals, startup videos, remote diagnostics, one-to-one video guidance and parts assistance.
