Production and delivery readiness
A practical workflow from configuration to outbound inspection
Standard non-customized models are usually ready in about 7–10 days. CT-SJK360 usually takes about 14 days. Custom project lead times depend on scope and quantity.
Confirm requirements
Confirm model, quantity, destination voltage, payment configuration, interface language and branding.
Assemble and integrate
Complete mechanical assembly, electrical installation and the agreed software or interface configuration.
Test the machine
Run function checks, continuous operation tests and a final inspection against the confirmed configuration.
Pack for dispatch
Protect the finished machine for outbound transport and provide the applicable startup and support materials.
Shipped Fully Assembled—Plug In and Start Operating
All equipment is fully assembled and commissioned before leaving the factory, with no professional on-site installation required. On arrival, simply connect the correct power supply and follow the supplied manual and HD startup video to begin operating.

One-year parts warranty for quality defects
Current models include a one-year parts warranty covering quality defects. Consumables, wear parts, user-caused damage, incorrect voltage and improper operation or maintenance are excluded.

Core Burner（ Spinning head/ Heating head/ Spinner head) components in our cotton candy machines carry an extended 2-year warranty for quality-related failures, excluding user-caused damage and consumables.

Export Certification and Customs Clearance Document Checks
Our main cotton candy machine, ice cream machine, slush machine, phone case printer and snowflake ice machine ranges have all obtained the relevant CE (LVD/EMC) certifications. The SJK350/360 range also has RoHS certification. As customs requirements vary by country, please confirm the certification documents for your selected model and destination with us before ordering.
