Information you choose to provide

When you use a Red Rabbit quote form, the website may collect the business inquiry details you enter, such as your name, country, WhatsApp number, email address, product interest, quantity, venue, target location and message. Required fields are identified on the relevant form.

If you contact Red Rabbit through WhatsApp or the Made-in-China profile, those services process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to review your vending machine project, respond to your questions, prepare model or configuration discussions and continue business communication that you requested. Red Rabbit does not use the website form to request passwords, payment-card details or account credentials.

Form delivery and service providers

The website currently sends quote-form submissions through FormSubmit to the company inquiry inbox. This means the information entered in a form is transmitted to that service for delivery. Hosting, messaging and other technical providers may process limited data needed to deliver the website or the communication you request.

Technical and preference data

The website may store a selected language or advertising-attribution parameters in browser storage so the site can preserve preferences and understand which landing page or campaign led to an inquiry. The current tracking helper is designed not to place names, email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers or message text into the website data layer.

Data retention and sharing

Business inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain project correspondence, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. It may be shared with service providers involved in delivering the inquiry or with logistics, payment or project partners when needed for a quotation and when appropriate to the buyer's request. Red Rabbit does not claim that submitted information is sold.

You can choose not to submit the quote form and contact Red Rabbit directly instead. You may also ask Red Rabbit to review, correct or delete inquiry information, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
